Terms, in plain words
- The service
- Finial designs, builds and launches websites for local service businesses: barbershops, auto repair, tattoo studios, salons, nail and beauty. Each site is built for one specific business, from that business's own photos, hours, services and reviews.
- How pricing works
- Every site is quoted per project, from $500. Projects typically fall between $500 and $4,500 depending on scope. The price is one-time, not a subscription. Optional monthly maintenance is quoted separately and is never required.
- Payment
- No deposit. Payment is invoiced only after you approve a finished preview of your site, and is due on approval. A split of half at approval and half at launch is available on request.
- Delivery
- Sites go live within three business days of approval, on a domain you buy and own.
- Refunds and cancellation
- If you are not satisfied with the site before launch, you owe nothing and there is nothing to cancel. Because nothing is charged until you approve, there is no charge to refund. Once live, the site, domain and files are yours outright. Optional maintenance is month to month and can be stopped at any time.
