Every one of these was built for a real shop in Portland or San Jose, made before anyone asked, which is how we work. The names are left off on purpose. A shop that has not said yes is not a client, and we will not dress it up as one.
What gets built
A site that does the one job a shop needs it to do.
Someone searches your trade and your neighborhood, lands on your page, and calls or walks in. That is the whole job. Everything on the site exists to make it happen.
- Pages
- One to five, depending on what you sell.
- Photos
- Yours. No stock, ever.
- Built for
- Phones first. That is where your customers are.
- Findability
- Titles, structured data, and a Google profile that matches the site.
- Domain
- You buy it, in your name. It stays yours.
- Handoff
- Every file and every login. Nothing held back.
The terms
Five things that are true of every job.
Each one exists to remove a reason to say "let me think about it." Read them, then decide if there is anything left to think about.
One price. Paid once.
It is not a subscription. There is no monthly bill hiding behind the number.
Nothing is paid until you approve the preview.
You look at the finished site first. If it is not right, you owe nothing and we are done.
Live within three business days of your yes.
Most of the work is done before you approve it.
You own it. All of it, permanently.
You buy the domain in your name. The files, the accounts, the photos: yours.
Maintenance is optional. Never required.
Want someone to keep it updated and backed up? That is a small monthly plan you can add or drop.
How it goes
From first look to live, in four moves.
- First
You see it.
A preview of your site, often already built before we have spoken.
- Then
You mark it up.
Wrong photo, old price, a service you stopped doing. Point at it.
- Then
You approve it.
That is the moment an invoice exists, and not before.
- Last
It goes live.
Within three business days, on your domain, with every login handed to you.
Who you are dealing with
"We" is one person.
Finial is Nathan Bennett, sole proprietor. He builds every site himself and answers the email at the bottom of this page.
There is no account manager, no ticket queue, and nobody between you and the person doing the work.
Get in touch
Send the name of your shop. That is enough to start.
Nathan will look your shop up. If there is something worth building, you get a preview before you are asked for anything, and you decide from there.
No form on this page, on purpose. A form that quietly loses your message is worse than none. Email goes to a person.
